Welcome to Travelyalla News. These terms and conditions govern your use of our site and services. By using the site you agree to be bound by them in full, so please read them carefully before continuing.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Information you provide voluntarily — when subscribing to the newsletter or contacting us — is collected and used solely to improve your experience and deliver relevant content. We do not share your data with any third party without your consent.

This policy covers the website and the TravelYalla News app for Android and iOS. The app shows the same news as the website and collects nothing beyond what is described here.

When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address and, if you give it, your name. When you write to us from the contact page or the app: the subject and message, the email address or phone number you leave for a reply, and the IP address and language the message was sent from. When you open a story: the story, your IP address and your browser or device type, so that we can count readings. Advert impressions and clicks are counted in aggregate only. Search terms are not stored. In the app, your language choice and the most recent news you loaded stay on your device.

The app does not use an advertising identifier, does not access your location, contacts, photos or files, and contains no third-party analytics or advertising tools. Video thumbnails in stories load from YouTube, which receives your IP address when they do, and opening a video takes you to YouTube or Vimeo, whose own policies then apply.

Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe, and contact messages for as long as needed to answer them; reading counts are kept for statistics. Everything travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). To have your newsletter subscription or a message you sent us deleted, ask through the contact page and we will remove it.

Our website (not the app) uses cookies to improve the browsing experience, analyse visitor traffic, and personalise content and advertising. You can control your cookie settings through your browser at any time.

All content published on the site — text, images, and designs — is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Travelyalla or its original owners. Copying or republishing any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

We aim to provide accurate, up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee that the content is free of errors. Trip prices and travel offers remain subject to change by the service providers, and the site accepts no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of published information.
