EgyptAir participated with a promotional stand at TTG Travel Experience 2026 in Rimini, Italy, held on October 14–15. Its presence underscored the airline’s commitment to strengthening relationships with travel and tourism partners and exploring new opportunities for cooperation in European markets to support Egypt’s position as a tourism destination.
At the exhibition, EgyptAir showcased the latest aircraft types in its fleet and its passenger services. It also highlighted plans to expand flights to and from Rome, Milan and Venice, linking these Italian destinations with its wider route network and newly added destinations. The plans aim to improve connectivity between markets and support travel and tourism between Egypt and Italy.
During the event, Salah Tawfik, EgyptAir’s regional manager for Italy and Malta, and Amr Helal, manager of its Venice office, held meetings with leading Italian travel companies and tour operators, as well as the Egyptian Tourism Authority, to deepen cooperation and broaden tourism partnerships in the Italian market.
EgyptAir’s stand also hosted meetings with travel and tourism industry representatives to discuss closer cooperation, stronger relationships with European market partners and opportunities in tourism marketing and promoting travel to Egypt. These discussions aim to increase tourist arrivals and create further opportunities for future partnerships.
