Passengers wishing to cancel their bookings can obtain ticket refunds without cancellation fees.
Following the temporary suspension of operations at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh due to current conditions, EgyptAir has suspended flights from Cairo and Alexandria to the Saudi capital until airport operations resume, in coordination with Saudi civil aviation authorities.
Passengers with confirmed bookings who wish to change their itinerary to another destination served directly within Saudi Arabia can do so without change fees or fare differences.
In a statement, EgyptAir said customers wishing to cancel could receive ticket refunds without cancellation charges, in accordance with its procedures. The airline’s Integrated Operations Centre is monitoring the situation around the clock, and further updates will be provided as they become available.
