Jeddah to Host Hajj Conference and Exhibition from November 8

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, will host the sixth Hajj Conference and Exhibition from November 8 to 11, 2026 under the theme “From Makkah to the World”. More than 520 local and international entities will take part in an exhibition spanning over 67,000 square metres, with more than 15 main zones and programmes, as preparations continue for the 1448 AH Hajj season.

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is organising the event with the Pilgrim Experience Program, part of Saudi Vision 2030. Participants and attendees from more than 150 countries will join, enabling Hajj affairs offices, service providers and relevant bodies to finalise operational arrangements and contracts for the next season, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

Three main tracks to develop Hajj services

The first track focuses on infrastructure and operational services, including transport, logistics, facilities management, accommodation, hospitality, catering and nutrition.

The second, on empowerment and integration, covers security, safety, healthcare, media, communication, technology and innovation. The third, development and sustainability, addresses entrepreneurship, training, professional development, the nonprofit ecosystem and enriching pilgrims’ experiences.

32 sessions featuring 42 speakers

The Hajj Council, held as part of the event, aims to attract more than 2,400 participants through 32 sessions featuring 42 executives, specialists, researchers, entrepreneurs and innovators.

The programme includes specialised workshops for knowledge transfer, capacity building and solutions to improve Hajj services. An Awareness and Training Forum will also be held for the first time, addressing pilgrim education, staff training and the development of guidance materials.

Innovation, technology and aviation zones

Dedicated areas include an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Zone showcasing new initiatives and solutions, and a hackathon zone bringing programmers and developers together to tackle Hajj service challenges.

The event also features the Future of Hajj Innovations camp and a Technology Oasis presenting digital solutions and modern applications used to improve services for pilgrims.

Specialised zones include an Aviation Oasis hosting regulators, airlines and mobility and arrival service providers, alongside a Health Oasis bringing together government bodies, companies and healthcare providers.

Other features include a Media Oasis, the Labbaytum pavilion, a partners’ platform, an expert volunteering forum, a Saudi Made zone and the Conference Lens studio, which will host officials and specialists and document the event.

Business centre for Hajj service agreements

The Business Centre provides space for meetings, contract completion and agreement signing among participants, alongside a meeting of heads of Hajj affairs offices to discuss operational and organisational arrangements for the 1448 AH season.

The ministry said previous editions witnessed more than 1,850 agreements for pilgrim services. The new edition aims to help finalise arrangements and contracts early.

Awards supporting better pilgrim services

The event includes awards such as Mubdi‘oon, recognising practical ideas and solutions for Hajj services, and Labbaytum, honouring entities, institutions and Hajj missions delivering outstanding service quality.

Registration for Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2026

The ministry invited organisations, service providers and others interested in the Hajj sector to register and benefit from sessions, workshops and specialised zones.
