Yousry El-Saoudi, head of the Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Committee at the Chamber of Tourism Companies, stated that the committee began its meetings today with the National Committee for Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia to resolve existing disputes between Egyptian tourism companies and Saudi agents during the last 1439 AH Umrah season.

El-Saoudi told Travel Yalla News that the number of disputes reached 35 cases, each between an Egyptian tourism company and the Saudi agent it contracted with, explaining that these disagreements involve one of the parties breaching the terms of the contract or failing to carry out details of the agreed Umrah programs.

El-Saoudi stressed that these meetings came at the initiative of the Egyptian Chamber of Tourism Companies, to work in the current Umrah season without any problems with our Saudi partners.
