Find Out the Prices and Schedules of Sleeper and TOP VIP Trains to Luxor and Aswan, and the Booking Conditions

With the mid-year school holiday approaching, the peak domestic tourism season for Egyptians begins, concentrated in winter on Luxor and Aswan, the richest archaeological cities in the world, especially as a trip aboard the floating hotels that set off on Nile cruises between the two cities has a special charm. The train is one of their familiar and favorite means of travel, despite the long distance and journey time, especially given the very high prices of domestic flight tickets.

The sleeper train and the new TOP VIP are travelers' first choice when booking the journey, which takes up to 10 hours to reach Luxor and about 3 more hours to Aswan. A sleeper car consists of 12 cabins, while the air-conditioned express train comes second in demand and is distinguished by its lower prices compared with the others.

Travel Yalla News sets out for Egyptian travelers the prices and schedules of these trains and the booking conditions, making it easier for them to confirm their travel decision and find out the times that suit them and the cost in preparation for their trips.

Among the most prominent conditions for obtaining tickets is that bookings for the sleeper trains or the new TOP VIP cars, whether by individuals or tourism companies, must include the traveler's national ID number, and should be made about two weeks before the trip date to guarantee availability.
